Earthley Wellness Good Night Lotion
Simply rub it into yours or your baby's belly or legs approximately 15 minutes before sleep. There are approximately 100 mg of magnesium per teaspoon of lotion, so use the amount that meets your needs! Start with a pea size amount and change accordingly.
For occassional constipation, rub a small amount (start with pea-sized but use more if needed) on your lower abdomen. For a child, do the “L” massage – up the left side, across, and down the right side.
Apply to the affected area for sore muscles or occasional headache.
Side effects are rare but some can have itchy skin or slight diarrhea. Use less in future applications.
If you see little white balls in it, do not worry! These are stearic acid, a naturally-occurring fatty acid in shea and mango butters. When the lotion melts in transit or in a bathroom and cools slowly, the stearic acid separates from the other oils and hardens as these little balls. Your lotion is still fine! If you don’t like the texture, you can remelt it, stir, and put it in the freezer to cool quickly.
